Our turret rewinding system, with ball bearing shafts and a new
innovative arm support, is an icon for the entire market. Avoiding
cantilever effect and core misalignment contributes to get the
finest quality of all output reels. The PROSLIT EIKON is equipped
with
independent ALTS (see main features) on both shafts, which is a
horizontal lay on roller on a moving carriage.
A second NIP keeps
tension, while down time, after the slitting area. Those features
are keys to achieving the best output reel quality.
