Efficiency with the new Selfcleaning
The SelfCleaning by Enviroxi is an automatic system that supplies ink to the press and cleans the doctor blade chamber, anilox, ink tanks and connection hoses.
The system can be adapted to water or solvent based inks. Its automatic operation allows to program cycles between 4 and 6 minutes which means an enormous saving in time and manual labour, as well as an investment in operative time and productivity.
The low solvent consumption (10 – 12 litres per deck) and the easy operation with a simple interface complete a system based in efficiency.

Improvements in the whole circuit
The new integrated viscosity meters with temperature control allow maintaining an accurate control of the ink with a single system avoiding interferences.
The ink tanks are designed to exert a continuous effect of recirculation in spiral avoiding the use of pneumatic agitators and the shorter (¾”, 1”) stainless steel pipes allow a fast and constant ink flow.
Moreover, the new electronic control allows keeping a continuous control of the operation and performance of the valves, saving great amounts of ink and therefore reducing costs.

Monopumps
A pump for the whole process
The new bi-body monopumps manage the ink supply and exhaust. Its higher capacity allows obtaining a constant ink supply with slow pulses.
Moreover, the pulse frequency can be adapted to printing needs, extending membranas life.
