Space optimization

The storage from Enviroxi is an automatic sleeve storage designed to optimize the storage space, achieving the maximum capacity in the minimum space.
The storage organization allows using the minimum productive area to increase the efficiency of the production plant. The automatic operation frees manpower and its accurate manipulation avoids damaging sleeves. The storage structure can be adapted to any space and can even be raised on a plat from.

Simplicity and functionality

Three different operations can be performed:

- Store the sleeves from the cart.

- Retrieve the sleeves to he cart.

- Store and retrieve simultaneously to an from the cart. The system is fully automatic. After programming one of the operations described above, the machine can work without supervision. The system can also operate manually for maintenance tasks.

Comfortable loading and unloading

The cart provided has a capacity of 8, 10 or 12 sleeves and can be easily integrated with the storage, allowing a quick and easy loading and unloading. After inserting it into storage, the system identifies the cart positions and allows storing and retrieving a full set of sleeves. The cart can also be integrated to an elevator in case of raised platform storages.
