Answering to growing demand on solventless high production lamination, we have developed a new model adapted to the new specifications: Enlarged frame, independent chillers, rewinding and unwinding devices allowing the top speed and non stop work.
The new reinforced configuration and their evolved tension control systems makes NEXUS POWER a perfect adapted machine to work non stop at highest speeds, up to 500 mts/min. And thanks to their new rewinding and unwinding devices, long runs aren't a problem.
The NEXUS POWER is ready to be working on non stop basis at maximum speed during hundreds of thousands of meters. Independent heat on all 4 cylinders, joined to an enlarged and redesigned bridge frame and rewinder and unwinders full duplex turret with automatic splicing system on all reels are our answer to hardest works. And add to all that, all well known advantages of NEXUS EVO.

The feeding, metering and application of the adhesive by means of 4 cylinders, driven and controlled by independent motors, guarantees high precision in this operation, key point in the laminating process. These motors also facilitate their cleaning after each job.
The new POWER metering cylinder is designed to be compatible with sleeves and is easily removable: the cylinder includes an innovative floating system which allows an easy setting of the adhesive. The drive system is designed to allow quick and easy removal of the cylinder.

The secret is on tension control
Tension control is a main feature of this kind of high performance machine: On the NEXUSPOWER that is continuously made by the pneumatic compensators installed in the unwinder and rewinders. It allows maintenance of precise tension control at all times.
