We are proud to inform you that Comexi Group and DYNABOND TECH.CO., LTD.
have reached an agreement to keep developing business together in Main Land
China.
DYNABOND will be focusing on the COMEXI’s flexo printing, NEXUS’ solvent
lamination, PROSLIT’s slitters and ENVIROXI’s logistics and environmental markets.
The new agreement follows the Group strategy to reinforce our sales position
for the Chinese flexible packaging market in such an important geographical area.

After a few years of close collaboration between COMEXI GROUP and ACOM,
and due to the fact that they are planning different strategy approaches for the
future, they have mutually agreed to terminate their strategic alliance.
As a result
of this alliance termination, they have proceeded to dissociate their commercial
links.
Both companies are taking the necessary steps in order that this situation doesn’t
affect the commitments, service and support to existing customers.
